Frequently asked questions
What is property management software (PMS)?
A property management system keeps bookings, guests, cleaning, invoicing and mandatory reporting in one place. Steyio is built for apartments, guesthouses and operators managing units for several owners.
How does Steyio handle NTAK reporting?
It builds reservations, arrivals, departures and the daily closing per the official NTAK specification; you submit the daily closing with one click after review. Tourist tax follows the municipal list. Steyio’s NTAK certification is in progress.
Can guests read their ID with a phone for VIZA?
Yes. Guests read their document with their own phone before arrival, and you verify it at the desk. No photo is taken and nothing is uploaded — recognition runs on the phone. Steyio’s VIZA certification is in progress.
Which invoicing providers are supported?
Számlázz.hu and Billingo: invoices are issued from your own account, and the provider reports them to NAV Online Invoice. For owner-provided units, from the owner’s account.
Does it connect to Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes: calendars are synced via iCal every 15 minutes, and further channels are available through the Channex connection.
Can I manage units of several owners in one account?
Yes. Owners get their own portal (owner.steyio.com) with occupancy, revenue and monthly statements of their units; data of different owners is kept apart.
